Linda Evangelista's dog passes away

Linda Evangelista’s dog, a French Bulldog named Miss Moon, has passed away.

In an Instagram post the Canadian model wrote in part that because of Miss Moon, “I believe in unicorns…you were there for me when I needed you most.”

One of the core group of supermodels that ruled the late 1980s and 1990s along with the likes of Naomi

Campbell and Cindy Crawford, Evangelista was known for her eponymous short haircut, and appeared in several George Michael music videos in addition to various documentaries and advertisements. Campbell and X-Men: First Class actress January Jones were among those who sent their condolences in the comments section.
